How do I know if an item will fit me?
Sizing for vintage clothing is different to the standardized sizing of today, therefore, we provide a size estimate for each item, not the size listed on the label of a product. If you are not sure about the size of a particular item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and we will happily send over the exact measurements within 24 hours.
What is the condition of the clothing on Fromthesoul.eu?
The clothing on our website is hand-picked to offer you an exclusive and interesting selection of secondhand clothing. Each item is cleaned and checked for defects before being sold on the website. Although each secondhand treasure is carefully checked for quality, small imperfections are part of what makes these items unique. We do our best to make sure that both the photos and descriptions give you an accurate impression of each product. Please be sure to check the product description for special details about an item. The item I want to buy is no longer available. What can I do?
Because each of the items featured on our site is unique, we usually only have one in stock, and once that it is sold, it is, unfortunately, no longer available. If you missed out on the chance to buy something you fell in love with on our website, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can let you know if something similar becomes available in the future.
What do I do if there is a problem with something I bought on fromthesoul.eu?
Our goal is that you are happy with your purchase and experience shopping with us. If you have a problem once you have received your order, e-mail us at fromthesoul.eu with your name, order number and address, and we will find a solution for you.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via Austrian Post or GLS.
How soon will I receive my order?
It takes 1-3 working days to process your order. All orders are shipped out every Tuesday with average deliveries 1-2 business days in Austria, 2-4 business days in Germany and 3-6 business days in Europe. Orders placed after 6pm may take an extra day delivery.
Do you ship worldwide?

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not excepting.
Can I change my order once its placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch.
Can I return my order?
All items can be returned and issued with a refund, provided they arrive at our address within 14 days of receipt. Items sent back after that period will not be eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to sender. From The Soul is not financially responsible for shipping charges on returns. Please note we can only refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs. *Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. All items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. We will also need the invoice to process the refund. Any goods returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.
